Youth Hip Hop / Break Dancing Classes
Program Description:
Our Winter/Spring semester for Youth Hip Hop / Break Dancing program will start on Monday, January 12th. NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. The students will learn fundamentals of Hip Hop/ Break dancing & learn a fun Choreography that will be performed in June '09.
This will help your child to develop coordination and overall confidence, besides giving him/her the knowledge of the dance itself. The instructors - Dean & Becky have been teaching Kids and Teens hip hop classes for the past 4 years and are some of the best in the state. They are talented and patient instructors with years of teaching & competition experience. Your kids will love it!
Winter/Spring Semester (January - June) starts January 12th.
Try out / No obligations course (January 12th - February 23rd): Learning Hip Hop moves, coordination, musicality, dance terms.
This is a great way to have your child try the classes, meet the other kids and get to know the instructors. They will play games, dance and have lots of fun learning!
Cost: $50/1 child (due to holidays)
* There are no registration fees for this session & your child can TRY HIS/HER 1st CLASS for FREE!
Dance Program March - June '09 schedule:
March: Incorporating Break Dancing into Hip Hop, starting to learn the choreography
April: Perfecting the choreography, working on students individual & group parts
May: Perfecting the choreography, working on students individual & group parts
May: - Practice, practice, practice!
June: - RECITAL!
Cost: $40/month/ child
* costumes cost is not included
* registration fee is $10/family/semester
