You have been asking for it... and here it is! BODY ISOLATIONS & MOVEMENT IN SALSA! This is not your ordinary "Ladies Styling" class, no... we won't be focusing on combos, patters and shines. At least not in the begining....For the first 4-5 months we will be working on ISOLATIONS. Guys & Girls are welcome to attend! Being able to comfortably isolate different parts of your body is what makes "styling look and feel so good". Come in comfortable / workout clothes and prepare to work! If this is your 1st time at our Studio, PLEASE DOWNLOAD OUR LIABILITY WAIVER / REGISTRATION FORM and bring it with you to the studio. This will speed up your "check in "process.
