SPINS, SPINS, SPINS....
During this workshop we will be working on one of the salsa followers most important skill - being able to execute spins. This is one of the most requested workshops since spins is something that most of the female students have to practice in order to become comfortable with. We will be going over several important techniques, drills and secrets of flawless spins.
Some of the material that we will be covering:
- Stationary spins and posture
- Stationary spins and balance
- Stationary spins and momentum
- Open preps / Flower preps
- Spinning drills and exercises that will help you to build up to multiple spins over time
Date/Time: Saturday, November 15th; 12-1pm
Cost: $10/person
