Zumba Fitness Class

 What is Zumba?

ZUMBA is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! This class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master a Zumba class because you do not have to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba. Zumba creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have previously hesiated to participate in group classes. At the same time, dancers and long-time
excersicers thoroughly enjoy the change of pace-exercising in a healthy, fun, party-like environment.

Now, you can try ZUMBA at DF Latin Dance Studio! We have certified Zumba instructors and a great class that you will enjoy!

Date/Time: Tuesdays; 6-7pm and/or Thursdays 6-7pm. 
The class is ongoing, so joing ANYTIME!.

Cost: $40/ 4 classes PLUS your 5th class if FREE!!!
drop ins $12/person/class.
