DF Latin Entertainment is Utah's premier Latin Dance & Music School & Entertainment company. Our Dance Studio offers a wide variety of professional dance classes and our Entertainment company is famous for its exciting performances.
The Directors: Eddie Santos (Veracruz, Mexico) and Maria Ivanova (St. Petersburg, Russia) have created www.salsainutah.com, DF Latin Entertainment and "DF Latin Dance Studio and Performance Center" as part of initiative to build a stronger dance community and raise awareness for Latin Dances in Salt Lake City, UTAH.
Since then the company has expanded from only Latin to Hip Hop, Break Dancing, Belly dancing and Ballroom. Other community connections were made, for example "Kearns Jr. High School " and "Kennedy Jr. High School" afterschool dance programs, Salt Lake Community College Latin Social dance classes and University of Utah continuous education sessions. Today Eddie & Maria continue with their mission to operate the Best Dance Studio and Entertainment company in Utah...
Our Philosophy: DF Latin Dance Studio is a social dance studio. We are dedicated to having fun and helping people meet their dancing goals. We believe that in order to achieve the rewards of dancing, it should be a pleasant learning experience in a modern, friendly atmosphere. Our Vision:Our name stands short for - "Drugaya Forma" which translates from Russian as "different/unique form". By choosing the name of the studio to be in a different language than English & Spanish we wanted to show how diverse and unifying a dance experience can be. We all connect through dance!

Past Experience: "Drugaya Forma" Dance Company has taught and performed throughout the state in locations like: Capitol Theatre, Gallivan Center, Salt Palace, University of Utah, Egyptian Theatre and etc., they have also been offered great opportunities to perform out of state (New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, Las Vegas)
